Summer Big Sales 12000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner

There is no issues with A/C unit but the app is not exist anymore on App Store. Also, the side panel is very small which don’t fit in standard size of modern windows in home now a days.

I purchased my portable AC in 2021 and it worked amazing. It has been working since and is great at cooling. My issue is the app no longer exists. I have it on my phone from years ago but cannot sign in or add a device. Luckily I still have the remote but it's not as convenient as the app.
I hope they fix this because I only bought this unit for the app accessibility.

I have two of these air conditioners, one for upstairs, one for downstairs. They do a decent job of cooling the area, however it no longer works via Alexa. Having voice control through Alexa is exceedingly important to me as I am disabled and having to push the button by hand, as well as climb the stairs to turn the upstairs machine on has become tedious. When I first got the machines, they both worked great. The problem is that the machines don't support the Alexa skill anymore. It's seems to be a fairly recent problem. I've waited weeks now, hoping Ukoke would update their Alexa skill and help out all the people like me that purchased this air conditioner, that works with Alexa, over other options that don't work with Alexa. However, if they fail to make it Alexa compatible again, then I won't be purchasing a Ukoke again. Thank goodness I haven't ordered one for my elderly parents yet, it wouldn't be fair to make them hobble across the house to push a button rather than simply have Alexa turn it on or off. Please update your Alexa skill again so that these machines can once again work as promised. I can't think of it as a Smart machine when it no longer functions as one! Or you could reimburse myself and all the other folks with these machines that are also speaking out about this. Just go to The Alexa Skill Store and read their reviews!

Works Well in Hot Weather

This air conditioner has a lot of great features for the price, including remote control, a heating function, and a dehumidifier. It cools down my room very quickly and is efficient. The only thing I’d change is the noise level, which can be a little loud on the highest fan setting.
