Frequently asked questions

Can I clean every type of jewelry?

No. Check your jewelry manufacturer's care instructions first. The 2.5L model specifically excludes pearls, coral, emeralds and jade. If you are unsure about an item, ask a jeweler before cleaning it.

How should I fill the cleaner?

Follow your model's instructions, keep liquid below the MAX line, and never run the cleaner without water. Use a cleaning solution only when it is compatible with both the cleaner and your item.
