The original hose on my unit completely disintegrated just after one year warranty expired. I asked Ukoke to replace it because it was obviously defective. They refused because it was out of warranty and I had to buy a replacement. I don't know if it will be of the same quality or not. Also, I was charged $10.00 for shipping.
I have two of these air conditioners, one for upstairs, one for downstairs. They do a decent job of cooling the area, however it no longer works via Alexa. Having voice control through Alexa is exceedingly important to me as I am disabled and having to push the button by hand, as well as climb the stairs to turn the upstairs machine on has become tedious. When I first got the machines, they both worked great. The problem is that the machines don't support the Alexa skill anymore. It's seems to be a fairly recent problem. I've waited weeks now, hoping Ukoke would update their Alexa skill and help out all the people like me that purchased this air conditioner, that works with Alexa, over other options that don't work with Alexa. However, if they fail to make it Alexa compatible again, then I won't be purchasing a Ukoke again. Thank goodness I haven't ordered one for my elderly parents yet, it wouldn't be fair to make them hobble across the house to push a button rather than simply have Alexa turn it on or off. Please update your Alexa skill again so that these machines can once again work as promised. I can't think of it as a Smart machine when it no longer functions as one! Or you could reimburse myself and all the other folks with these machines that are also speaking out about this. Just go to The Alexa Skill Store and read their reviews!

I would like to know how I can receive or print a copy of the receipt for registration purposes, or can I register it on your website without the receipt?

The blades are excellent,BUT I ordered AND paid for TWO sets and received only one. I have emailed and replied to your survey with no response. I will NOT buy from Ukoke again.
