I can't speak for the product itself as my original order was fulfilled with incorrect items. I was told to keep those items and that my original order would be delivered in short order. It still hasn't shown up. I've followed up twice now with customer service, and....crickets. I hate to say it, but if an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. This was case for me.
Bought two chargers to replace the single charger that malfunctioned. They are not as aesthetically pleasing as my original charger, but they are functional and more compact.
Saw just 1 review here for 1 star and felt compelled to write a review because this is a great little chainsaw that's easy to use for someone like me who doesn't want to mess with gas chainsaws. I'm not a yard guy so love that I don't have to worry about a gas powered chainsaw starting -- all I have to do is press my finger down and it starts cutting!
