I purchased a pole reciprocating saw from Amazon and it didn’t work. That was last December. I contacted ukoke there were a lot of missed messages. They never solve the problem so I gave up. So I go into my shed and see that it’s sitting there and I go you know what I’m gonna try one more time and so they did respond and then they charged me $20 to send out a new battery and charger. That did the trick. But let me say this it was brand new and it never worked from the first day. So I won’t buy anything more from them because it’s too difficult to deal with their company. And after 30 days at Amazon, you can’t return it. Think about that!
Doesn't come with a charger.
Never received the order. Tracking says delivered. Ukoke customer service has not been helpful.
