Who designed the measuring cup for this sprayer?? Ive had to purchase a replacement cup 4 times before I noticed the price for a new sprayer had dropped from the original $79 which I paid 2 years ago to $37 and it was more economical to just purchase a new sprayer. No I have 3 sprayers with only one functional. This design sucks guys. Why are these cups constantly breaking!!!
Well I wasn't aware that it didn't include the actual piece that hooks to the shower pipe coming out of the wall but luckily the piece from my old shower head still worked but other than that I love it and works great everyone should just be aware of that if you're planning on hooking it directly to the pipe coming out of the wall you will need that it screws on to and actually holds the handle in place for you which I think it should come with that
Charger failed after the first two charges. Replacements can't be found on Amazon even though they are included with package purchases on amazon (Tool + Battery + Charger).
Poor customer service as well.
The PCTs arrived safely in tardy manner without communication.
