The installation process was straightforward, and I managed to set it up without any professional help. Since using it, I've noticed a significant improvement of TDS for the water from 120 to near 10. The 2:1 pure to drain ratio is impressive, ensuring minimal water wastage. It effectively reduces PFAS and TDS, which makes me feel safer about the water my family and I consume.

This reverse osmosis under the sink system includes everything you need to install it. It is about the size of a desktop computers box. It will fit under the sink very easily and the filters are included as well. The filters are bigger than I thought, but hopefully that makes them last longer. I plan to use this in the kitchen that I??m remodeling so my water doesn??t have that nasty chlorine taste. I have a filter on my fridge, but don??t use it for everything that I cook, or the tea because it would use the filter up to fast. I really like that it includes everything and also has a water leak detection system that will shut it down before it floods your kitchen.

This has been a great RO system for my home! Fairly simple to install for a person with minimal handyperson skills, this install will be better with someone with moderate skills and tools. Once installed and in-place, the system does a fine job providing an uninterrupted supply of very clean water. No problems or issues, I'm happy with this order and thankful for the opportunity to review it! Recommended!

If I am being honest this priced pretty good for how effective it is and is a simple way to purify that city water, and get rid of the fluoride and excess metals etc.

My experience with the system is a bit different from most since it is used to filter rain water that is already pre filtered. I like multiple stages of purification just to be safe and purify all the water, including shower etc.

Overall it is effective at limited exposure to harmful material, bacteria and organisms in water and filters are simple to purchase and swap out.

It's fine but overpriced

The original hose on my unit completely disintegrated just after one year warranty expired. I asked Ukoke to replace it because it was obviously defective. They refused because it was out of warranty and I had to buy a replacement. I don't know if it will be of the same quality or not. Also, I was charged $10.00 for shipping.

Cool, but not Smart

I have two of these air conditioners, one for upstairs, one for downstairs. They do a decent job of cooling the area, however it no longer works via Alexa. Having voice control through Alexa is exceedingly important to me as I am disabled and having to push the button by hand, as well as climb the stairs to turn the upstairs machine on has become tedious. When I first got the machines, they both worked great. The problem is that the machines don't support the Alexa skill anymore. It's seems to be a fairly recent problem. I've waited weeks now, hoping Ukoke would update their Alexa skill and help out all the people like me that purchased this air conditioner, that works with Alexa, over other options that don't work with Alexa. However, if they fail to make it Alexa compatible again, then I won't be purchasing a Ukoke again. Thank goodness I haven't ordered one for my elderly parents yet, it wouldn't be fair to make them hobble across the house to push a button rather than simply have Alexa turn it on or off. Please update your Alexa skill again so that these machines can once again work as promised. I can't think of it as a Smart machine when it no longer functions as one! Or you could reimburse myself and all the other folks with these machines that are also speaking out about this. Just go to The Alexa Skill Store and read their reviews!

The blades are excellent,BUT I ordered AND paid for TWO sets and received only one. I have emailed and replied to your survey with no response. I will NOT buy from Ukoke again.
