Well I wasn't aware that it didn't include the actual piece that hooks to the shower pipe coming out of the wall but luckily the piece from my old shower head still worked but other than that I love it and works great everyone should just be aware of that if you're planning on hooking it directly to the pipe coming out of the wall you will need that it screws on to and actually holds the handle in place for you which I think it should come with that
Charger failed after the first two charges. Replacements can't be found on Amazon even though they are included with package purchases on amazon (Tool + Battery + Charger).
Poor customer service as well.
The PCTs arrived safely in tardy manner without communication.
It was easy to find the right RO filter for Ukoke water filter system. Then ordering was straight forward.
However, the PST that goes in pair with the RO was not available then, so it needs a come back in the future.
It would be great if the company could inform owners of the system when the filters are available.
