How we collect and use your user information:

These pieces of information will be used to generate a unique push target ID, known as CID.

 

To enhance our message push capabilities, we may need to collect the following user information: device manufacturer, device brand, device model, Android version, and ROM information. This will assist us in providing you with better push services and experiences. However, if we are unable to access this information, it will not affect the basic functionality of the program.

 

Add a device for the user:

We may need to obtain the following user information: device camera information. This will help users add devices more conveniently. However, if we cannot access this information, users will not be able to use related devices.

The information provided above will continue to be authorized for our use during your use of this service. We will cease using and delete the aforementioned information when you stop using push services.

The above information will be stored in the United States. If cross-border transfer is necessary, we will separately seek your authorization and consent.

When we intend to use the information for purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your prior consent.

When we intend to use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will seek your prior consent.

(II) Exceptions for Obtaining Authorization and Consent:

Please understand that according to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent in the following situations:

If it is directly related to national security and national defense security.

If it is directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.

How We Protect and Retain Your User Information

(I) We have implemented security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect your user information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. We will take all reasonable measures to protect your user information. For example, we deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user information. We also provide security and privacy protection training to enhance employee awareness of the importance of protecting user information.

(III) Our data security capabilities: Getui has established a data classification and grading system, data security management specifications, and data security development specifications to manage and standardize the storage and use of information.

(IV) We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that we do not collect irrelevant information. We will retain your user information for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or allowed by law

(V) The internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and communication methods such as email, instant messaging, and communication with other users are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that you do not send information through such means. Please use complex passwords to help us ensure the security of your account.

(VI) The internet environment is not 100% secure. We will make every effort to ensure the security of any information you provide to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are breached, resulting in unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information and damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will assume the corresponding legal responsibilities.

If you no longer use our products or services, or if you deactivate your account; 5. If we no longer provide products or services to you. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that have obtained your user information from us to promptly delete it, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
