I ordered and paid for the weed whacked as well as two sets of replacement blades. I received the machine and ONE set of blades. Also the battery Will NOT charge. I have corresponded with your company by e-mail. They want a receipt which I do not have. I provided information from my credit card purchase without success. All I want is a battery that will charge and my second set of blades. I have paid for this.
Great product at a great price.
I tried to make that one work, but it was not compatible with my system. I just bought a new system that has updated fittings all around. I am only disapointed that I was unable to make this work with the old system. It did last over 5 years. So, with the new fittings I won't have that problem.

Thank you I received my order, but what's the point of selling this product if you can't restock the other filters needed in the system? I emailed Ukoke a few days ago to find out when Ukoke 6th Stage Alkaline & Mineral Water Filter Replacement Cartridge will be restocked, but so far I haven't received any response. If you are not able to restock the filters you should inform your clients. I am very disappointed in your customer service, you can't be reached by phone and your are not responding to emails. Can you tell me how your clients can reach you and get response to questions or concerns?
