THIS IS THE THIRD REPLACEMENT YOU ARE SENDING ME THAT IS BROKEN. FIRST THERE IS NO COLD AIR BEING LET OUT. THEN YOU SEND ONE THAT CYCLES BETWEEN BEING OFF AND ON EVERY FEW SECONDS. NOW YOU SENT ONE THAT WAS USED AND HAD A BROKEN OUTLET PLUG AND BENT VENTS. THIS IS INSANE AND I NOW BELIEVE YOU ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE.
