Developer Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Developer Privacy Policy explains how Ukoke handles information in connection with its internal Pinterest API integration.
The integration is used only by authorized Ukoke employees to manage organic content for the official Ukoke Pinterest business account. It is not offered as a public application, and third-party Pinterest users cannot connect their accounts.
2. Information Accessed Through Pinterest
When the integration is authorized, it may access limited information associated with the authenticated Ukoke Pinterest business account, including:
• Pinterest account identification information;
• Board names and Board IDs;
• Pin titles, descriptions, links, images, Pin IDs, and publication status;
• OAuth access and refresh tokens;
• Information required to create, schedule, and manage Ukoke-owned Pins.
The integration accesses only the authenticated Ukoke Pinterest account. It does not access Pins, Boards, private information, or account credentials belonging to general Pinterest users.
3. How the Information Is Used
Pinterest information is used only to:
• Retrieve and display Ukoke’s existing Pinterest Boards;
• Select the appropriate Board for a new Pin;
• Review Ukoke’s previously published Pins;
• Prevent accidental duplicate publishing;
• Create and publish Ukoke-owned organic Pins;
• Schedule approved Pins for future publication;
• Record Pin IDs, Board IDs, publication times, and publication status;
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Pinterest integration.
Ukoke does not use Pinterest information for unrelated purposes.
4. Content Published Through the Integration
Authorized Ukoke employees may use the integration to publish Ukoke-owned product images, videos, titles, descriptions, educational content, buying guides, manuals, blog articles, and destination URLs.
Destination URLs will generally direct users to relevant pages on https://ukoke.com.
Content is selected or approved by an authorized Ukoke employee before it is published immediately or scheduled for later publication.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
The integration does not collect Pinterest usernames or passwords.
It does not access other users’ private Pins or Boards, scrape Pinterest content, collect contact lists, send unsolicited messages, or publish content for unauthorized Pinterest accounts.
6. Data Sharing
Ukoke does not sell, rent, or trade information obtained through the Pinterest API.
Information may be processed only by authorized Ukoke personnel and service providers that support the secure operation, hosting, maintenance, or security of the integration. Such providers may access information only when necessary to perform services for Ukoke.
7. Data Retention
Ukoke retains Pinterest integration information only for as long as necessary to operate and maintain the integration.
Stored information may include OAuth tokens, Board IDs, Pin IDs, source URLs, scheduled publication times, and publication status. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
8. Security
Ukoke uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect Pinterest integration information. Access tokens and other credentials are restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Revoking Access and Deleting Integration Data
Pinterest access may be revoked through the Pinterest account settings or by disconnecting the integration from the Ukoke backend.
After the integration is disconnected, Ukoke may delete stored access tokens and related Pinterest integration data, except where limited information must be retained for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

10. Children’s Privacy
This internal business integration is not directed to children and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
Ukoke may update this Developer Privacy Policy when the integration, Pinterest API requirements, or applicable privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
