I purchased the Ukoke portable AC unit 12000 BTU last summer on May 28, 2023. One month after using it, I noticed that the AC output was very weak. I cleaned the filters as told, even though they weren't that dirty, I attempted to drain the water, but the unit was dry, no water to drain at all. I had the unit for 4 or 5 months when it started to malfunction. On October 7, 2023 Ukoke sent me a new unit. I kept the unit in the box until May 2024. To avoid the unit malfunctioning as it did last summer, I didn't keep it running continuously. The new unit had only been running for two months or less and it stopped working also. I continuously emailed customer service. Finally, they promised to replace the unit, but only if I would pay for the shipping fee. I agreed to pay for the shipping fee, but customer service would not get back to me to make the exchange. It is June of 2025 and customer service is still ignoring my emails. Forget about calling them they donβt answer the phone.
There is no issues with A/C unit but the app is not exist anymore on App Store. Also, the side panel is very small which donβt fit in standard size of modern windows in home now a days.
Great product at a great price.

I had a text conversation with ukoke customer service and they assured me uses is the same cost and that's not correct.
