Wrong item sent, replacement out of stock, and staff forgot my order
Ordered an old housing and the wrong one is sent. It’s been 2 months and staff forgot my order. I had to keep sending them emails to ask if they’ve been in stock. Finally you told me “it’s back in stock, you can order it”. I said I have already paid for it. And the whole communication is in the same email. You’re not even reviewing my case number.
